Getting started at Sandridge is easy!

  • Review our programs

  • Complete an ONLINE INQUIRY FORM (book a farm tour and/or riding assessment)

  • Complete all required paperwork 

  • Get your riding gear ready!

  • Review what you can expect on your first lesson by clicking on the button.




  • Riding boots (1/2" heel)

  • Approved riding Helmet (Provided if necessary)

  • Shirt with sleeves or a collar or both.  No tank tops.  No baggy sweatshirts.

  • Breeches. No jeans or sweatpants.

  • Hair must be tied back or out of your face.  

  • No dangling jewelry


  • Gloves 

  • Belt

  • Half Chaps (or tall boots)

PLEASE NOTE:  In the shoulder seasons of spring and fall, the outdoor paddocks can become extremely muddy.  Be prepared to bring tall rubber boots to catch your horse.

All required attire above is about rider safety, which cannot be compromised
