Sire: Gatsby -17 hh Belgian Warmblood stallion (Hann/TB).  Big, black and beautiful, Gatsby has been approved for breeding with the BWP, (RPSI) Rheinlander-Pfalz , OLD/ISR Oldenburg and CWHBA warmblood associations. Gatsby is by the Elite Hanoverian stallion Gonzo I who was competed in the Open and Puissance divisions for years by the well known German Grand Prix  rider Frank Sloothak.  His Grandsire was Gotthard, the most famous jumping sire in the Hanoverian breed.
Gatsby stamps all his foals with his beautiful, head, neck and topline, and strong hindquarters.  Gatsby foals tend to inherit his beautiful suspension, natural uphill balance & cadence, great shoulder freedom, and excellent canter.  Gatsby babies  LOVE jumping and display great form and balance.
“One of Gatsby’s hallmark traits is his outstanding mind, which is marked by a gentle, sweet disposition, an excellent work ethic, and an incredibly high degree of trainability and willingness.  Because of the somewhat unpredictable nature of breeding in general, it’s obvious that both parents offer their unique traits to their offspring.  However, many, many, MANY of Gatsby’s foal owners acknowledge that their foals have inherited Gatsby’s mind and temperament, even when these qualities were lacking in their mares.”   -excerpted from web site  www.foxdalefarms.us
We invite you to visit his sire’s home page to see Gatsby and learn more about Gatsby’s accomplishments and offspring.

Runaway Bride
1999 Hanoverian mare, 16.3 hh
SOLD
Big, black, stunningly beautiful and a talented show jumper and dressage mount.   Very correct conformation.

She is a careful horse and has done the level 4 Jumpers.  In March of 2008, she competed successfully at HITS in Florida.  She has her own engine to the jumps and loves her job but is not hot and handles rider errors without getting upset.

She is also well schooled to Medium levels in dressage, with solid lateral movements, counter canter, flying changes and has a huge extended trot.  An “8” on all her gaits, the canter is well balanced, the trot big and swinging and the walk is pure with a great rhythm and ground-covering stride.

A quality horse who could do both pure dressage or the jumpers, she is a pleasure to have in the barn and a lot of fun to ride and compete.  Runaway Bride is ready to take you to the shows right now.
